Steve Constable

Steve Constable is the current President of the Institution of Agricultural Engineers (2022-2024) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He has been in the land-based industries throughout his working career and is the former Managing Director of Spalding’s limited with 32 years of commercial experience in a fast moving and dynamic environment across many disciplines including engineering, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics as well as general management.   

Steve is passionate about global food security and the role that land based industries can play in order to reduce this issue through research, development, education and engineering solutions whilst attracting the next generation to be involved.
