New Memorandum and Articles of Assocation

Our new Memorandum and Articles of Association were formally approved at our EGM held on Thursday 27 April 2017 at John Deere.  The new governing documents came into effect from 1 May 2017.  These now include Regulations which can be updated on a regular basis without formal approval.
