Memorandum & Articles of Association
Our new Memorandum and Articles of Association were formally approved at our EGM held on Thursday 27 April 2017 at John Deere. The new governing documents came into effect from 1 May 2017 and are available on our Reference Documents webpage. These now include Regulations which may be updated as required with permission of the Executive Committee.
