Becoming Incorporated has been my goal ever since I found my chosen engineering field. It shows a high level of professionalism and commitment to continuous development. The status allows me to reassure customers that I can provide them with exceptional service and standards.

I am a graduate from the University of Leicester, with a background in aerospace engineering.  I never even thought about a career in agriculture until my first job, and I have stayed ever since, having found a passion for the high levels of technology involved and the field based nature of my role .

My current job is National Project & Customer Care Manager (Broilers & Breeders) for Newquip Ltd. I am the main technical support for the poultry team, designing their systems, managing projects, managing engineers and providing on site aftersales support. I also use my design skills to support the other teams with a variety of complex agricultural systems.
