IAgrE member David Williams has visited many countries during his work as a consultant, including North Korea. His last visit there was in early 2016 to review the latest EU Tractor Aid Program to the country. David’s presentation will look at how such programs are managed by the EU. This will include the supplier selection process, the delivery of the tractors and implements, and how well the equipment was suited to the North Korean’s existing agricultural systems and support infrastructure.
