The Agricultural Engineering Precision Innovation Centre (Agri-EPI Centre) aims to develop and exploit new engineering and sensing technologies to supply real-time monitoring of agrifood systems to inform farm management decisions. AgriEPI will provide innovators with access to state of the art agri-technologies to develop exciting new precision agriculture technologies. The aerospace, satellite, automotive and advanced sensor industries are all represented, bringing disruptive new technologies to the agricultural sector for the first time.
