The itinerary for the event is:
4.00pm - Meeting in Garvagh Community cafe (Pantry). Tea and coffee will be available
4.30pm - Talk and walking tour of Garvagh led by local historian
6.00pm - Eat at the Imperial Hotel Garvagh - £17.45 for main course with tea or coffee
7.15pm - Adjourn approximately to Garvagh Museum
9.00pm - Approximate finish
Meal as agreed with the Imperial Hotel - £17.45 each
Choice of:
Beef Brisket - served with creamy mash, house vegetables and red wine jus
Chicken Stack - Pan-fried chicken fillet stacked on a bed of champ with peppercorn sauce and topped with crispy tobacco onions
Roasted Rock Cod Fillet - served with crushed garlic and herb potatoes, charred carrots and stem broccoli finished with a lemon and dill cream
Wild Mushroom Risotto (vegetarian) - creamy risotto with fresh wild mushrooms and truffle oil serviced with garlic ciabatta
