Innovations in soil and water engineering, and UK Agritech Research Centres

Professor Jane Rickson, IAgrE President is involved in research for Government and private sector clients e.g. soil degradation and loss of ecosystem goods and services; Soil Quality Indicators - physical properties; and the total costs of soil degradation. 

She is also involved in the training and teaching on Masters courses in Land Reclamation and Restoration, Environmental Engineering, and Soil Management, as well as bespoke short courses on soil erosion and conservation. Consultancy activities include soil erosion and remediation in mine site rehabilitation.

All members and guests are warmly invited to attend this Keynote Lecture, hosted by CAFRE & DEARA.
