The 40th Annual General meeting will be held in the Seminar Room, CAFRE Greenmount Campus, Cookstown, ANTRIM BT41 4PS on Thursday 22 March at 5.45 pm SHARP. All Members and Branch Associates are invited to attend. The Secretary of the Institution will be in attendance for this our 40 th AGM, so a good turnout is requested
A meal for Members and Branch Associates has been arranged between the AGM and the Branch Meeting. This will be held in the College dining room at approx. 7 pm and to reserve a place at that meal it is essential that you let me know by 3 pm, Tuesday 20 March at the latest. A single course menu has been arranged with the College – roast beef and seasonal vegetables, followed by tea and coffee. Cost per person will be £18 per head including tea/coffee. If the chosen menu is not to your taste please let me know in advance and I will arrange and alternative.
The Branch Meeting will commence at 8.00 pm in the Engineering Department of the College at which the staff will show us round their upgraded facilities and provide a demonstration on testing hydrostatic transmissions.
