IAgrE are delighted to accept offers of help with mentoring, it is an opportunity to share your skills and experience and those that have mentored have found they gain as much as they give.
IAgrE mentoring aims to support our members with career progression and professional registration with the Engineering Council and/or Society for the Environment and can also assist with returning from maternity/paternity leave, new responsibilities at work and moving into a new sector.
We recommend that new Mentors and Mentees read this guidance given by the UK Government on how mentoring works and outlines best practice.
