Mentoring
The aim of our new mentoring support programme is to provide assistance to our mentors through information, activities, videos and downloads over five key areas. Our programme was developed in association with expert mentoring and training provider David Clutterbuck Partnership.
Our mentoring aims to support our members with career progression and professional registration with the Engineering Council and/or Society for the Environment and can also assist with returning from maternity/paternity leave, new responsibilities at work and moving into a new sector.
