We will meet at 10.30 Anson Engine Museum Poynton SK12 1TD

The cost of entry to the museum is £10 - There is a tea shop selling drinks, snacks and cakes or you can take your own sandwiches.

The Anson Engine Museum is dedicated to preserving and operating diesel and gas engines. It is one of the largest museums of its type in Europe and it is located in Poynton, Cheshire on the edge of the Peak District.

The day is one of their ‘in-steam’ days so there will be a number of engines working, rural craft demonstrations and a guided tour.

Please can you let Dave Clare know if you plan to join the visit so he can let the museum know the number of people going. [email protected]

This visit is open to all IAgrE members and counts as 2 hours of CPD.
