We are very pleased that Perkins Engines Company Limited, Peterborough has opened its doors for our 2019 South East Midlands branch visit which begins with Registration at 1.30pm, please see the attached map. The visit has a very tight schedule, we will have two tours manufacturing and engineering ending with a presentation along the lines of future technology. We ask you to arrive on time so that the tours groups can be ready for 2:00pm start.
We are limited to party size of 24 which will be split into groups of 8 for the tours

Following the visit for those wishing to join in we will meet up for a meal at, The Farmers Carvery & Grill, 200 Broadway, Yaxley, Peterborough, PE7 3NT. We need some idea of the numbers for the booking so can you please advise if you intend to join us for dinner. 6:00pm for 6:30pm in a separate function room

Any partners who may wish to visit Peterborough City while the main group visit Perkins there is the Queensgate shopping centre and surrounding streets also St Peter’s Cathedral which is well worth a visit, a guided tour of the Cathedral usually starts at 2:00pm which lasts 45-60 minutes.
St Peters Road at the bottom of the map is a good drop of point, there is passageway by the townhall to Bridge Street.
